The real estate business unit, PMV-vastgoed, acts as an investor, director or project manager of yield-oriented real estate operations involving manageable project risks. The business unit works in close cooperation with co-investors and partners according to the in-it-together principle. 

In this manner, PMV supports, structures and finances real estate policy on behalf of the Flemish government. Moreover, it ensures that private partners in real estate projects are able to concentrate on their core activity as entrepreneurs or service providers.
